Preventative Maintenance / Service Level Agreements

Q Computer have found the best way to keep any hardware / software running at it's optimum performance, is by having a regular maintenance plan in place to best prevent any issues arrising, and help to provide a smooth operating experience through the life of the hardware.

To help in this area, Q Computer can taylor make a preventative maintenance schedule to provide a full level of service on a monthly basis. We ensure that all backups are operational and can be restored, clean out spyware and viruses from the system if required, check all event logs + much much more. The following is a small extract from our High Priority plan:

  • During Standard Operating Hours - NON Critical      Same Day Onsite
  • During Standard Operating Hours - Critical              2 Hours to Onsite
  • Weekend and After Hours Service - NON Critical     Same Day Onsite
  • Weekend and After Hours Service - Critical             4 Hours to Onsite

 

We currently have 2 standard types of agreements on offer, one covering servicing between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday, and the second agreement covers our clients with full 24/7 + Public Holiday's, (except Christmas) protection. This agreements comes with 3 after hours contacts in order of preference to ensure that even the most demanding business / corporation can benefit.
